SUNY Upstate Medical University Clinical Assistant Professor HS in Syracuse, New York

Job Summary:

  • Review and sign-out molecular pathology and surgical pathology cases or molecular pathology cases. 2. Consulting with University Hospital staff physicians. 3. Frozen sections. 4. Assist in quality assurance monitoring and reporting monthly to the anatomic and clinical pathology staff as required by institution policies and procedures. 5. Teach residents/students as assigned. 6. Develop research initiatives.

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • MD, DO License for NYS. 2. Fellowship in Surgical Pathology and/or Molecular Pathology. 3. Must be board eligible or certified in AP, AP/CP, Molecular Genetic Pathology 4. Clean Malpractice. 5. Insurance credentialed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

M-F on call/recall as assigned
