Syracuse University Assistant Registrar for Enrollment & Student Services in Syracuse, New York
The Assistant Registrar for Enrollment & Student Services will identify, define, and document processes, performance objectives, and metrics to support the organization's objectives and policies related to enrollment. This includes specific processes for online registration, special populations, term activation, enrollment appointments, enrollment limits, and service indicators. The Assistant Registrar will provide training for university staff involved in enrollment processes (both individual and batch), student group assignments (both individual and batch), Post Enrollment Requirement Checking (PERC) Roster review, and provide documentation to staff that manage Maximum Credit Override and other designated tasks.The Assistant Registrar will manage and support the Student Services Team, overseeing day-to-day operations and developing metrics to measure staff performance. Responsibilities will also include managing the undergraduate and transfer first-year student registration process, as well as reviewing, updating, and maintaining the technology associated with the First Term Enrollment Process. The Assistant Registrar will support the Post Enrollment Requisite Checking (PERC) process and participate in systems testing for PeopleSoft, PeopleTools, and other applicable systems during cycles, releases, and upgrades.
