ManpowerGroup Apartment Maintenance Technician in Syracuse, New York

Maintenance Technician

Our client in Syracuse, NY is looking for a hardworking, motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential maintenance.

What will you be doing?

  • Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and parking lots.

  • Adhere to routine service calls, turnover cleanings/repairs, painting, and snow removal.

  • Provide on call coverage for emergency calls.

  • Document and maintain records as required.

What do you bring?

  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.

  • High School Diploma required.

  • 2+ years of property maintenance experience.

  • Ability to work well with others and multitask.
