The Facility Management Support Technician role for the FFIP business unit (Formulation, Filling, Inspection and Packaging) provides support to the FFIP Building Owners, contributing to oversight of FFIP Buildings 37, 57, 77, and 87 facilities management and associated shutdown activities.
Responsible for coordinating and interfacing with Site Services, as well as Security for management of Facility access of B37, B57, B77, and B87, and coordination with FFIP Managers and Shop Floor Personnel regarding onboarding activities and ongoing review of locker assignments. Additionally responsible for coordination of various Facility-related resources across FFIP. The position is responsible for providing support to the building owner ensuring current FDA, International Regulatory Body, Sanofi Quality, and Sanofi Safety standards are consistently met.

Main Responsibilities:
Support FFIP Building Owners to ensure Facilities meet the established strategic vision of the areas of assigned buildings (B37, B57, B77, B87).
Provide oversight of Facility-related resources, maintaining a high level of responsiveness to business demands.
Provide support to building owner for special projects including providing assistance and recommendations regarding B37, B57, B77, and B87 manufacturing areas, equipment, processes, and facility shutdowns relating to the integration of these manufacturing areas.
Functions on a high performing team, providing effective communication to the team and other functional groups at the site.
Context of the job/major challenges:
Ensure Facilities, Services, and Utilities meet the established strategic vision of the areas of assigned buildings (B37, B57, B77 & B87).
Coordinate and oversee the supervision of Security accesses (verification of training) to the facilities. Review and audit Security access reports when needed.
Provide support to FFIP Building Owners in managing key Facility-related resources.
Provide assistance with coordination and tracking of Shutdown activities.
Provide assistance with Pest Control activities and leak investigations.
Support HSE programs, goals, and objectives.
Development of working relationships and strong communication links through all levels of the organization. Provides day-to-day support for B37, B57, B77, and B87 facilities to support completion of short-term projects.
Supports execution of strategic initiatives for the Manufacturing organization.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or G.E.D. and a minimum of two (2) years working in manufacturing, preferably within a regulated environment.
Knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory requirements.
Experience with inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree, preferably in Engineering, Management or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
Strong cross-functional working skills to cut across organizational boundaries within and outside of Manufacturing.
Proficiency with Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work cooperatively with cross functional teams.
