Manage current sales accounts valued at $6.5 Million USD on an annual basis, split between three groups consisting of Food Services, Retail, and Contracted Business while increasing sales accounts, streamlining order processes and handling, and sourcing new items applicable to the Qatar market. Prepare the sales plan of Rastelli Global brands. Prepare the strategies, policies and procedures required to achieving the targeted sales plan. Manage sales and operations team and buyers responsible for order placement timing supply and demand alignment, materials replenishment and supplier performance in the USA and Qatar. Monitor, evaluate, and improve on supplier performance and sourcing to obtain the most cost-effective materials while maintaining the highest level of quality. Project stock levels and ensure adequate supply of all required food items are available to deliver cost savings for the Qatar companies. Control purchasing budget by reviewing and approving tenders and bids as well as monitor delivery times to ensure shipments between the USA and Qatar are on schedule. Manage sales and procurement supplier relationships and source alternative items for buyers and customers. Analyze sales and targets to develop new food sales forecasts. Prepare, present, and discuss annual sales budgets. Conduct business development duties with hotels, hospitals, government institutions, catering companies, and restaurants. Coordinate with the finance departments in the US and Qatar on financial matters such as the review of results for customer credit limits, collections, and reconciliations. Research, analyze and aliases with the marketing and sales director on requirements of sales resources to ensure compliance and achievement of sales targets. Analyze and suggest pricing and price modifications to keep in line with current market status and in compliance with the food sales division’s strategies, policies, and procedures. Prepare and implement sales modifications on the sales incentive scheme. Monitor annual sales budget to identify variances and trends and suggest actions and solutions to variances.
