Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Configuration Support Analyst to join our team supporting a consumer healthcare clients Procurement Technology group. This role involves managing content, configuring tools, and providing support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with contract lifecycle management tools, strong skills in content management and configuration, and the ability to provide administrative support for SaaS-based IT tools and systems. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. This role will require onsite presence in Bangalore, India 4 days weekly.

Skills and Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a SaaS administration or configuration support role.

Previous experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.

Experience working in an agile environment.

Proficient English language communication. Experience with Malbek CLM. null
