Job Title: Medical Technologist

Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our newly developed COVID -19 Diagnostic testing laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing 100-150 samples per day, performing COVID testing, and following established lab procedures. The candidate will also perform quality control procedures for each method and keep accurate records.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Stony Brook, New York.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be a part of a dynamic team of 4, working Monday to Friday, from 9-5, with payment based on 40 hours a week. This role is in a fast-paced, high-stress environment that can sometimes be disorganized due to being short-staffed. Therefore, the candidate must be comfortable working in such conditions.
