Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth dining experience by managing reservations, seating, and guest flow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant's seating system.
• Communicate accurate wait times and escort guests to their tables.
• Assist with takeout orders and phone inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have summer availability to accommodate peak dining periods.
• Previous restaurant or hosting experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
