The Medical Receptionist, under the direction of the Practice Manager, provides administrative support in the front office using excellent customer service and communication skills as a representative of Crozer Health and the assigned provide practice group(s) and serves as a liaison between patient and clinical staff. Responsible for greeting, scheduling, and assisting the patient during the visit and promoting excellence in patient satisfaction and the patient experience.
