Job OverviewSilver Lake Property Management is a Property Management company primarily located in Sussex County, NJ. We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all.DutiesRemove miscellaneous debris and remove trash on property.Clean floors by washing, vacuuming and polishing floors.Keep common areas and back of house areas clean and free of debris and trash.Collect trash bins on site and move waste to dumpster areas.Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs.Assist in snow removal and deicing on properties.Assisting building management with all projects and all other job duties as requested.Cleaning and drying windows.Must have a car and be willing to drive to and from properties.Skills1 year of related experience.Physical demands: regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel and bend, lift and carry.Must be able to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaner, wet vac, and carpet machine.Able to work independently and in a team when necessary.Basic use of hand tools.Good communication and reporting skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as neededShift availability:Day Shift (Required)
