Recreational Aide: (2) Fulltime, Temporary, Peak Load (H-2B) Jobs available 05/01/2025-10/31/2025.

Duties Worker may be required to perform any of the following duties: monitor activities at golf course, tennis complex, aquatic complex and spa and fitness facility; may provide administrative assistance to membership, including checking membership cards, confirming reservations, arranging merchandise and providing facility info; perform minor cleaning of golf carts and clubs.

Employer requires post-employment police clearance and post-employment drug testing to be carried out equally between the U.S. workers and the H-2B workers, at employers expense.

Optional employer-provided housing with utilities available for $26.00/week payroll deduction.

Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations.

No education required. No experience required. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. Ability to communicate in English.

Work Days: Variable shifts over 7 days (Mon-Sun), including: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm; 40 hours/week at $17.42/hour. OT at $26.13/hour. Raises/bonuses may be offered to any worker based on performance, skill, tenure.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly, on Friday.

All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $16.28/day without receipts or up to $68.00/day with receipts.
