As an engineering, procurement, and construction company (EPC) we pride ourselves in managing the entire solar process for our customers from first greetings to completed installation. This means we have industry leading cycle times due to being completely vertically integrated.

We-re bringing on a dynamic Canvassing Team Lead who will play a significant role in the strategic planning and expansion of the lead generation force in the assigned territory. Leading all in-field marketing efforts, the FMM is responsible for the overall success and growth of their teams. Our in-field teams play a critical role in our organization-s growth and our next CTL will find that apparent with the recognition, support, and compensation received for spearheading such an important endeavor within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, train, and develop.

  • Implement strategic plans that grow lead generation volume and drive revenue.

  • Create or refine systems to support our company objectives.

  • Identify strategies to guide new rep success.

  • Develop and implement manpower growth plan that supports team goals.

  • Manage team to KPIs and objectives.

  • Create a culture of winning, teamwork, and positivity.

  • Work in collaboration across the organization-s departments.

  • Local travel as necessary.

What you will bring to the table:

  • 1+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience.

  • Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, mentoring, training and motivating others.

  • Strong understanding of in-person scheduling techniques.

  • A professional presence.

  • Experience creating systems that drive new agent development.

  • Experience growing and scaling teams.

  • Understanding of recruiting best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
