Job Summary

The Sr. IT Infrastructure Project Manager will orchestrate through project management the various projects undertaken by TAH IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity. Through collaboration with stakeholders and project teams, this individual will ensure that the TAH IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity activities and resources align with organizational strategies. This position will partner closely with TAH IT and Cybersecurity management and business executives across a variety of functional areas to set priorities, allocate resources, track progress and advise on areas of concern regarding project status. The role will also recommend resource allocation and staffing to accommodate existing and future projects.

In addition, this individual will have hands on experience in supporting global and business-unit level applications and projects, in addition to working on internal projects designed to further the infrastructure and cybersecurity strength at TAH.

Job Details/Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration.

  • Understand and contribute to TAH IT strategy and translate business strategy into an aligned Infrastructure IT and Cybersecurity project list

  • Align with the business on the portfolio of technologies and projects to ensure that the TAH IT, Cybersecurity and business-unit IT long range plans are adequately staffed with the appropriate expertise

  • Collaborate with business-unit IT and other departments, external partners and customers to ensure adequate and timely delivery of agreed services, in line with agreed service levels.

  • Understand the specific challenges and opportunities linked to the regulatory, legal and economic situation across countries and business units.

  • Help to determine the resource requirements necessary to providing high-level Infrastructure team, and collaborate in creating and maintaining a high-performance team in pursuit of corporate business goals.

  • Negotiate for and secure resources to meet the long-range needs of the business.

  • Identify and exploit opportunities for cost reductions and cost avoidance.

  • Promote a global perspective.

  • Establishes staffing/resources plans to determine appropriate mix of sourcing opportunities.

  • Responsible for overall organizational effectiveness.

  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.

Qualifications/ Background Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project management required

  • Minimum 5 years of IT operations experience required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall

  • PMP certification is a plus
