Role reports to: Portfolio Director
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel : 10%
Pay: $73,000 - 117,300

What you will do
The Materials Management Associate is responsible for directed materials oversight, accurate supplier/distributor forecasting, safety stock programs, agility program support, financial cycle updates and special projects. The position is a primary point of contact for material related issues and projects, interfacing with internal partners, suppliers, distributors, and external manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
Lead materials management related initiatives including lead time reductions, forecast improvement processes, safety stock, S&OP, and new product introduction with key suppliers and distributors.
Lead monthly processes to consolidate supplier forecasts through use of digital tools and manual consolidation; support digital tool development and enhancements
Lead the monthly metrics consolidation of safety stock inventories, forecasts, and agility initiatives
Coordinate monthly processes in support of external manufacturing agility initiatives
Support Procurement team for material MEPs and financial cycle updates
Lead special projects related to materials management, as needed

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or higher; MBA is a plus.
Minimum four (4) years of experience in any combination of the following functions: supply chain management, supply and demand planning, logistics, customer development, manufacturing, procurement, project management, and/or related field
Knowledge of and experience using modern ERP (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards, Epicor, etc.) system
Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to communicate across varying levels.
Strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive cross-functional and external partner collaboration preferred
Attention to detail, and the ability to interpret substantial amounts of data
Results and performance driven and have a keen sense of urgency, collaboration and teaming, strategic thinking, big picture orientation, prudent risk taking, self-awareness and adaptability, intellectual curiosity.
Ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities changing rapidly, and tight deadlines exist.

What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $117,300 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
