Role reports to: Senior Manager, North America Supply Planning Excellence

Location: Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: up to 20

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $97,000 to $166,500 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Manager, NA Supply Planning Excellence is a member of the GPEx (Global Planning Excellence) team whose principal accountability is ensure flawless execution of the supply planning processes and drive structural improvements to the supporting systems, tools and processes across the North America region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plays a leadership role in driving our Plan Transformation program to implement improvement opportunities that optimize Supply Planning and adopt consistent global standards.

  • Ensures effective usage of current planning systems (APO / SAP) and supports the implementation of our new technology landscape (OMP / SAP / Anaplan)

  • Maintain, update, and train Supply Planning best practices across business processes, system, and tools.

  • Promote the use of planning best practices in the user community to advance organizational expertise within the APO SNP system.

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners in Supply Planning, IT (Information Technology), Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure process are supported and integrated within the business.

  • Identify and define process and/or system enhancements with Supply Planning; partner with Global Capabilities and DTO team on business case, UAT, and implementation.

  • Provide leadership for the functional evaluation, testing, and user training phases of enhancement delivery.

  • Evaluate all planning related modules currently in use and determine required process changes and oversee unit and integration testing to ensure consistent performance.

  • Work with business partners to identify KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for success, establish target goals, and design and implement tools to track performance.

  • Report KPI status to peers and management and work with the planning organization to monitor and improve performance. Key metrics will include, but are not limited to: Process Integrity Dashboard, M2A (Min/Max Adherence), Past Due Purchase and Transfer Orders, and Master Data Accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required with a concentration in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or Operations Research preferred; Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.

  • A minimum of 8 years of related business experience is required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain is required.

  • Demonstrated experience in planning function is required.

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP System is required.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills are required.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills for presentation to all levels of internal customers and Kenvue management is required.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Excellent time management skills and thrive when working on virtual teams and projects with colleagues physically located elsewhere.

  • This role will be based in Skillman, NJ [Summit NJ Q1 2025] and will require up to 20% domestic travel as needed by the business.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with APO, OMP or a similar planning module is preferred.

  • Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or Certification is highly preferred.

  • APICS Certification is preferred.
