Machine Operator

Job Description

We are currently seeking Machine Operator in Shrewbury,PA! The role involves three primary processes: mixing ingredients to create adhesives, applying adhesives to materials, and slitting materials to customer specifications. Candidates will be involved in all aspects of the production process and should be eager to learn and participate in each step. Training will be provided, so prior knowledge of the process is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential. Positions are available across different shifts with competitive hourly rates.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Environment

The work environment is very clean and well-lit, with the ARx building maintaining standards close to a clean room. It is a busy yet methodical setting where teamwork and communication are vital. Candidates should be prepared for various smells associated with adhesive manufacturing, which can be strong at times.
