What you will do

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Digital Product Management team, specifically focusing on our Dealership Management System. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, user support, and vendor relations within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Manage Issues: Track issues submitted to the vendor's case management system, ensuring timely and accurate logging of each case.

  • User Follow-Up: Communicate with users to gather additional information and provide updates on the resolution status of their issues.

  • Reporting: Create and update regular reports to track the status and resolution of issues and provide insights to the Digital Product Manager.

  • Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing issue trends and identifying areas for improvement within the system.

  • Documentation: Help maintain and update user manuals, training materials, and other documentation related to the Dealership Management System.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Product Manager and other team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

  • Customer Support: Provide first-line support to users, helping them navigate the system and addressing any immediate concerns.

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 and have completed at least 30 hours of undergraduate studies.

  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of digital product management principles and familiarity with case management systems.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and solutions.

  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about providing excellent customer service and support.

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
