REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/14/2025-10/30/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day, Sat, 8 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 0 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 40 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Duties may vary from time to time. Workers will plant, harvest, stake, transplant, load, and grade various types of fruit and vegetables. Workers will have some duties in a greenhouse. The worker will be required to use various hand tools provided by the employer. Worker will safely operate tractors, transplanter and other farm vehicles as directed. General farm work tasks the worker must be able to perform include: field cleanup including pulling weeds, maintain crops, laying plastic, gathering plastic, picking up trash, and pulling and palletizing stakes. Fruits and vegetables will include, but are not limited to strawberries, strawberry plugs and cuttings, sweet corn, green beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, sugar peas, beans, and ornamental flowers. Job includes working in the fields and greenhouses and doing general agriculture repair on the farm, farm buildings and equipment. This work can require standing, walking, stooping, bending and lifting up to 40 pounds for long periods of time indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions.
