DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Setup and execute test programs and support Product verification testing of cranes including vehicle, structural, stability, reliability, electrical, hydraulic and other tests as requested.   * Design test setups, equipment and test systems, and develop and execute test plans to support assigned test requests. * Work with internal and external customers to develop, design and implement test processes and procedures. * Provide guidance, work instructions and assistance to test technicians supporting assigned tests to support the overall test plans. * Prepare analysis, test status updates, and final test reports to Engineering/requestor as required in assigned area of responsibility and support product verification group as required. * Safety - Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards, perform job functions in a safe manner, wear all PPE required by Company Policy where required, know & follow established job specific and facility-wide Safety & Health procedures and rules, participate in safety and health training & demonstrate competency based on training received, and bring safety and health issues, unsafe acts, and safety suggestions to management's attention or correct those you can.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.  In lieu of Bachelor's degree, will accept Associate's Degree with four (4) years of experience in test and/or design with off road, construction or agricultural equipment; OR High School Diploma with eight (8) years of experience testing and/or designing off road, construction or agricultural equipment.  * Ability to operate cranes and hydraulic/electrical test equipment preferred. * Required to read and develop prints, specifications, hydraulic and electrical schematics. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data acquisition and CAD System operations.  * Experience with Creo/CAD, CSM, SOMAT/eDAQ, PLC programming and LabView preferred. * Must have solid planning and organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel. * Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and willing to use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * This position will be located in a manufacturing test environment working on and around large equipment in various weather conditions.  Variable work hours to support test workload and schedule.  * Travel requirements are limited; 10% of the time or less, based on business conditions.

PAY GRADE: 205 * Minimum: $62,339.98 * Midpoint: $77,924.98 * Maximum: $93,509.97
