Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is looking for Caregivers, Health Aides, CNAs, or Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work with individuals with disabilities in residential settings and help them achieve their goals!

New Enhanced Pay $18.20-$20.20/hr.+ based on experience and shift differentials!

Differential Pay includes evenings, overnights, and weekends

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Shifts Available:

Evening : 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate)

Overnight : 11 PM to 7 AM (times can fluctuate)

We have full-time and relief positions available!

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties:

These residential caregivers support individuals in maintaining safe and healthy lifestyles within the community by assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household upkeep. They adhere to care plans, medication guidelines, and protocols, working closely with families, healthcare providers, and case managers to promote the overall well-being and quality of life of individuals with disabilities. In addition, they offer emotional support, encouragement, and advocacy to ensure residents' rights and needs are respected.

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Qualifications:

• Experience with Developmental Disabilities is valued

• High School Diploma/GED

• Valid NYS Driver's License

• Experience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plus
