Title: Controls Systems Engineer

Description:

• Provide engineering support for the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of large-scale process control systems.

• Responsibilities include field instrumentation selection, panel design (electrical and mechanical), applications programming (database & graphics), PLC programming, documentation, and training.

• Participate in full life-cycle project delivery including sales support, design, procurement, implementation, commissioning, testing and training.

• Projects generally consist of multiple systems and subsystems communicating via LAN/WAN or low speed data lines with a variety of third party systems and software packages.

• SCADA projects include PLCs, RTUs and other intelligent devices communicating over copper, fiber or wireless to centralized monitoring and control locations.

• ATMS subsystems include Variable Message Signs, CCTV, RTUs, PLCs, Traffic Controllers, and cable-based and wireless communications systems.
