ZT Group Int’l Inc. d/b/a ZT Systems seeks a Sr. Staff Product Operations Program Manager in Secaucus, NJ.Duties: • Drive operational readiness for new product introduction to meet customer requirement.• Work with internal cross functional team members to establish the appropriate short and long term agreements that will support time sensitive NPI projects that transition to production.• Ensure all operational requirements are clearly communicated and aligned with all internal teams on status and providing context on information.• Work closely with internal team and customer to set right expectations on product schedule and deliverables.• Work fluidly in a highly cross-functional team environment involving manufacturing and product development teams, as well as supply chain specialists, manufacturing engineers, andlogistics personnel.• Plan, schedule, and manage material readiness for delivering time-critical components to prototype builds during development. Including tracking and validation of the quality of anyincoming material.• Expedite deliveries and/or prepare risk orders as required to keep prototype builds and ramp-up on schedule.• Drive manufacturing test readiness and ensure the test process is able to be executed in manufacturing environment.• Drive, track and report development build execution status and manage issues to closure to ensure operation readiness of product.Please note: Despite the word "manager" in the title, this is an individual contributor role and not a managerial position. This position program manages several projects, where they oversee individuals that do not report directly to them, but to which instructions are provided to perform tasks to launch a project. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field, plus 8 years of experience as a Program Manager, Operations Manager, Logistics Engineer, or related occupation.This role requires 8 years of experience in each of the following:• Manufacturing Product, Process, Test, or NPI Engineering in high volume electronics manufacturing environment; and• Product Introduction.This role additionally requires 5 years of experience in each of the following:• Assembly Manufacturing Process; and• System test processes.40 hours/week, $108,784 - $181,250 per year.
