The Senior QMS Project Manager will lead a variety of medium projects and teams to apply Quest Management System (QMS) principles and tools to ensure Quest Diagnostics is efficient and effective in the delivery of its services, solutions, and processes while improving customer and employee satisfaction. This position will also be responsible for coaching others to learn and apply QMS principles and tools to their daily work.
This is a remote position with up to 50% travel.

Required WorkExperience:
- Technical/science background
- Diagnostics/Lab exposure
- Some finance experience
Experience working in a laboratory setting
Knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience leading projects from initiation to completion(4 to 6years experience)
- Demonstrated experience facilitating discussions orworkshops

Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Formal training in project management or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Lean, Theory of Constraints)
QMS Platinum Level Core Practitioner Training (internally provided - completed within 18 months of entering into the role) (Required)
QMS Project Management Certification (internally provided - completed within 18 months of entering into the role) (Required)
