The Vitamin Shoppe Associate Manager, Direct Mail & Brand Marketing in Secaucus, New Jersey
Overview
The Direct Mail & Brand Marketing Associate Manager is the channel owner for our direct mail program. This role will also be responsible for assisting the execution of our upper funnel paid media campaigns like OOH, paid social, display, etc.
This role will report to our Senior Manager, Brand Marketing
Responsibilities
Direct Mail: Plan, oversee, and execute the direct mail strategy. Develop and execute the evergreen plan to drive ROI by targeting existing customers through DM. Execute acquisition mail strategies as needed to support specific local acquisition goals. Collaborate with internal and external partners on customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and mapping
Budget Management: Manage the direct mail marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated strategically and ROI is maximized.
Paid Media: Assist in planning and executing media buys and campaigns that support our brand marketing goals. Partner with creative team on asset requests to best optimize channel goals and performance. Work with agencies to provide calendars, creative assets, and tracking links for paid social, display, and video campaigns
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics and making recommendations for optimization.
Reporting: Help put together monthly and quarterly campaign recaps to be shared out with internal stakeholders
Update and maintain marketing calendars with monthly campaign details to share out internally

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on direct mail. Paid media/digital marketing experience is a plus
Experience developing and executing successful direct mail campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Drive for constant optimization
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
Ability to maintain and adhere to multiple deadlines depending on vendor needs
Strong attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Superb written and oral communication skills
