Duties• Organize administrative support activities within the Call Center’s units.

• Track projects and tasks assigned to each unit and follow-up to ensure their completion.

• Assist units on a day-to-day basis through administrative support.

• Open, review, sort and distribute mail to the Call Center Director and other HSCC staff, as appropriate.

• On a daily basis, review and process data templates completed by Call Center Representatives, to ensure that the data are accurate and complete.

• Correct data templates where necessary.

• Prepare emails to send templates to all lines of business every day.

• Save all templates to Archive folders, and purge each folder once a month to limit the amount of confidential information stored by the HSCC.

• Review reports, correct errors and mail and fax reports five times a day.

• Use software packages, e.g., packages for spreadsheets, email and other applications.

• Type correspondence, documents, records, and other written material.

Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.

Minimum Qualifications

One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in a title eligible for transfer via Section 70.1 of Civil Service Law.
