Essential Responsibilities:

As the Mechanical Engineering Technician, you will:

  • Help develop shop tooling and procedures.

  • Work with engineering team to improve overall shop process.

  • Give hourly EE’s technical guidance.

  • Perform set ups, calibrations, and troubleshooting of automated machinery.

  • Measure and record critical quality data of manufactured products.

Qualification:

  • Associates Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR High School Diploma / GED plus a minimum of 3 years working in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to work 2nd shift (3p - 11p)

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, initiative, and creativity

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, & organizational integration skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering or Business

  • Green Belt or Black Belt Certification or equivalent Quality certification

  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience

The pay for this position is 1,035.34 - 1,250.88 - 1,466.42 USD Weekly . This position is also eligible for $1.00 Hour Night Shift Bonus.
