Your Role:

Our successful Shuttle Drivers promote outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Keys to Success:

  • Responsible for transporting guests safely to and from the requested location.

  • Responsible for preparing the vehicle before and after the assignment as required.

  • Must be familiar with the area and available to make airport assignments such as JFK and Boston.

  • Greets all guests with a smile, makes eye contact and show an enthusiastic positive attitude.

  • Uses guests name whenever possible.

  • Maintains attentive posture and professional appearance.

  • Confidentiality is a must. Ethics agreement must be signed.

  • Demonstrates pride in facility by proper use and care of equipment, clean work area and awareness of the guest’s perception upon transporting the passengers.

  • Promotes teamwork by working together, assisting team members whenever possible and showing respect for others.

  • Remains in constant contact with department manager in charge of the event to coordinate the guest’s requirements. Informs team member/manager of the guest’s arrival, escort personally or calls Player Development Executive to greet/thank the guest.

  • Communicates information clearly and accurately.

  • Relays property information, knowledge and promotional material to all guests accurately.

  • Cell phone and GPS use is required.

EXPERIENCE: Class E license requirement. NYS Gaming Commission (Racing) license is a requirement. Insurance and Driver’s License Report must meet approval requirements. Limousine driving or similar experience is required.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Other:

  • Able to lift and carry luggage and other similar packages as necessary. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Able to sit for 6-8 hours.
