Prestwick Chase, a senior retirement community, is seeking an experienced general maintenance tech to assist with building upkeep.Knowledge of facilities maintenance across the board is necessary - drywall, basic flooring, appliance hook up, plumbing, basic electrical, small construction projects etc. Being able to investigate, fix, and handle multiple issues at once is key. During the winter snow removal is required.This position is Tuesday - Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On call hours may be required for this position.We offer health, dental, and PTO to full time employees.Pay rate is based on experience.
