Production Manager/Machine Mechanic

Commercial printing company is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to oversee the print production floor and repair equipment as needed.

Candidate must be a hands on type of individual with leadership qualities.

Mechanically inclined with ability to repair and maintain the operation of production equipment. Training with current manager will be available through September 2024.

Variable starting compensation depending on your experience, however there is potential for growth.

Full Time 5:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M, Monday Friday (somewhat negotiable)

Job Description * Overseeing production equipment, troubleshooting and problem resolution * Evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency * Enforcing all safety policies and OSHA standards on the production floor * Creating and overseeing employee training to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure profitability * Inspecting products for quality and accuracy prior to shipping * Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed * Ability to lift approximate maximum of 50 lbs
