We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Management Coordinator in Rye, New York. This role is positioned within the real estate industry, where the main function is to assist in managing properties and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve invoices

• Support in generating of reports

• Operational support for property managers

• Handling tenant relations and matters related to leasing

• Providing administrative other departments

• Utilizing CRM and Microsoft Excel

• Leveraging prior administrative experience to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements • Possess proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Excel.

• Prior experience in an administrative role is necessary.

• In-depth understanding of property management principles.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
