The Apawamis Club Dinning Room Supervisor in Rye, New York
Oversee the daily operations of a private club's dining facilities, including restaurants, bars, and banquet areas. Supervise, train, and schedule servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses. Train dining room staff and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to maintain a high level of service. Ensure that table settings, food presentation, and timing of service meet or exceed club quality standards. Oversee the execution of special events, banquets, and private parties Monitor and manage inventory of dining room supplies, including tableware, linens, and beverages. Inspect dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.Requirement: 12 months of experience (any front of house experience in a private club or banquet facility setting) plus ServSafe certificate.
