Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of front-end Java development experience with Angular

• 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams

• Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as strong organizational skills

• Strong in Microservices, APIs

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of JavaScript and its design patterns.

• In-depth knowledge of Angular core features, Micro front ends.

• In-depth knowledge of Application design and programming

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.

• Experience with application performance enhancement

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development

• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.

• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform hands-on coding in Java, Javascript & Angular.

• Will work within a team of global engineers for Enterprise risk management technology.

• Collaborate with Architects to build enterprise solutions/Portal with robust design, design patterns and architecture that are innovative, consistent with firm standards and best practices.

• Will collaborate with Product manager/owners and business stakeholders who manage I/UX research, mockups, business requirements, program scope and other deliverables.

• Use in-depth knowledge of front-end technology & application development experience to execute enterprise level application development projects.

• Leverage innovation in design, development and deliver robust solution through collaboration, socialization of ideas and capture peoples thought process

• Through coding, drive the design and development of solution with close collaboration from solution architecture, key business stakeholders, and enhance the quality of deliverables.

• Ensure adherence to policy and procedures throughout SDLC (Agile practice)

• Work closely with key technology SMEs to address business architecture requirements.

• Provide conceptual analyses for a variety of broad and complex issues.
