DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Duties And Responsibilities  * Able to demonstrate basic math and measurement skills  * Familiarity with the use of hand tools; including tape measures  * Able to work at a brisk pace throughout an 8 - 12 hour shift in a non-sedentary position within a manufacturing environment  * Perform procedural quality inspections and identify defects as compared to written product specifications  * Able to read and follow all work instructions in a safe and effective manner  * Demonstrate outstanding attention-to-detail while always achieving superior safety, quality and productivity standards  * Develop Machine Operator qualifications by assisting Qualified Operators and through on-the-job training   Essential to this Position Manufacturing General Labor pay starts at $21.05 up to $22.02 after 120 days. Opportunities: Post for jobs after 60 days   Shifts: Must be available on all shifts 1st: 7:00 am to 3:00pm, 2nd: 3:00pm to 11:00pm, 3rd: 11:00pm to 7:00am Fill in where needed, notification on Thursdays if you need to switch   Training: Training will occur on 1st shift, and then you will move to 2nd or 3rd shift   Education / Certifications   Education Required High School Diploma or Equivalent   Education Desired Technical Degree   Skills & Experience Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired  * Prior Power industrial Truck (PIT) / Forklift experience preferred  * Basic computer skills - data entry  * Prior Manufacturing or Industrial Services experience preferred  * Satisfactory reading comprehension, communication, and interpersonal skills  * Willing and able to submit pre-employment drug and criminal background screenings if presented with a conditional offer of employment  * Must be willing and able to work mandatory overtime including weekends   Equal Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities
