We provide services to public, private, and charter schools, including ABA, consultation and mental health support. Day to Day primary functions: Coordinate with all instructional treatment teamProvide consultation within the schools in conjunction with administrators, child study team members, teachers and other school personnelParticipate in family meetings and conduct parent trainingsProvide interactive therapeutic solutions to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviorsConduct behavior analysis to develop a functional, individualized behavioral programProvide direct training and supervision to clinical support teamManage client data What we require from you: Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field Active BCBA CertificationStrong interpersonal and documentation skills2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum Conduct functional Behavioral Assessments Create programs and Behavior Intervention plans.
