WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Develop visually appealing and effective designs for print and interactive material, including research reports, website graphics, presentations, and promotional assets.

• Design and produce engaging data visualizations to communicate complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

• Create and update marketing collateral to maintain a consistent brand identity.

• Collaborate across teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.

• Stay current with industry trends and design tools to continually enhance the quality of creative output.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet publication deadlines.

• Experience. You have 10+ years of professional experience in relevant graphic design skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, a related field, OR equivalent.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Proven record of implementing and maintaining a brand strategy.

• A brilliant portfolio displaying a diverse range of design projects, with a strong emphasis on data visualization. Demonstrated ability to interpret and present data visually.

• Experience designing campaigns for social media platforms, including X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in wireframe, UX, and web design, especially in Sketch and Figma.

• Demonstrated proficiency in WordPress.

• Experience creating social media assets and posts.

For additional comfortability in the role:

• Experience with Flourish.

• Experience with Adobe Premiere.

• Experience in print design.
