As Compensation Senior Manager – Analytics, you will leverage your compensation expertise to manage and influence projects that impact our ability to recognize our global associates through our Total Rewards Strategy. You will be a key partner on the Compensation Operations team and work across Global Compensation to enhance data availability and usage, create process efficiencies, and be an integral project coordinator for firm-wide processes, including our annual compensation cycle.

What you’ll do:

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Create, build, and execute on analyses and interpret data to identify business trends and critical insights, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, and develop compensation analyses in support of ADP-wide priorities and projects.

  • Make recommendations for improving processes and identifying efficiencies.

  • Identify and support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

  • Integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and update data as needed.

  • Serve as Project Manager during the Focal Point Review process for the Compensation team, including but not limited to: development of Excel templates for pre-collection processes, coordination and review of data collection, system configuration support, and summary analyses of compensation decisions for senior leader reviews.

  • Collaborate across the Compensation team inclusive of Compensation Operations to support the team through analytical vision and data management.

  • Collaborate with People Analytics team to manage compensation-related dashboards.

  • Prepare and maintain project plans, track project progress, and prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

  • Analyze project requirements, information flow and procedures, and provide alternative methods of problem solving.

  • Lead relevant team or cross-functional meetings to ensure project success and to facilitate collaboration.

Experience. You have 8+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role, including 5 years managing compensation.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Experience managing compensation at an enterprise level with demonstrated understanding of the compensation life cycle including its process, systems, and impacts.

  • Expertise in compensation analysis, including experience with compensation benchmarking and job evaluations, proven success in market analysis and knowledge of Global Job Architecture strategy.

  • Highly adept at data visualization and creating compelling presentations and analysis.

  • Experience developing tools and workflows to support data collection and analysis.

  • Expertise with SQL or Python for data analysis and modeling.

  • Expertise in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau or similar analysis tools.

  • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting and presenting data, and building financial models from scratch.

  • Thorough working knowledge of HRIS systems.

  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills, with experience building and maintaining proactive involvement with all organizational levels.

  • A positive "can-do" attitude and demonstrated success navigating complexity, ambiguity and pressure to get things done in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with and communicate confidently with all levels of staff and management.

  • You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or equivalent.

For additional comfort in the role:

  • Experience in statistics and statistical analysis software/packages.
