Revere Copper Products is looking for an HR Generalist to join our respected team of professionals in Rome, NY. Summary:
Member of HR Team. Serves as administrator for several critical human resources functions and workforce management, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, absence, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, and employee records. Supports organizational policies and programs and helps to ensure labor law and regulatory compliance. Be accessible as a trusted resource to employees regarding benefit programs and other HR services. Provides internal support and partnership to business lines to deliver human resource services. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key point of contact for Revere employees regarding access to employee benefits
Facilitate benefit enrollment and changes. Update and maintain benefit records
Coordinate with company medical broker, third party administrator (TPA) and other benefit resources to organize and implement benefit programs for employees
Administer benefit record keeping and invoice processing including check and balance oversight of benefit participation and deductions
Coordinate and integrate benefit expense reporting and recording with accounting department
Analyze and report on monthly benefit expense
Coordinates with HR support staff to process and maintain employment, attendance, and other records
Facilitate open enrollment and life event changes
Coordinate company response to benefit audits
Complete compensation and benefit surveys
Support recruiting including hourly post and bid process
Support hiring process including onboarding
Support company labor relations benefit strategy
Administer grievance filing and record keeping
Administer company/union meeting minutes

Education / Training:
Minimum:
- 2 Year Degree in related field.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
0-2 Year Human Resource Experience. Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Salary: $57,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
