Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all assigned sites and for assuring quality services which meet the needs and preferences of individuals. Provides supervision and training to clinical staff and residence manager as assigned. Assures records and homes are maintained per agency standards and applicable State and Federal Regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in field of education, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or related human services field from an accredited program or holds permanent NYS license and three years related experience, two of which are in a supervisory capacity. An outstanding candidate without a Bachelor's degree will be considered. Years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. Must meet LAI's vehicle operator requirements.
