If this description speaks to you, continue reading about the Painter opportunity with Building Services. This is a full time, 40 hours per week position Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Position Responsibilities: The Painter performs maintenance, repair, refinishing or resurfacing facility walls and trim, architectural features, furniture and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Valid NYS driver’s license.

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of painting experience, refinishing, remodeling.

• Good skills with hand tools and power tools.

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

• Willingness to embrace and exemplify St. John's Brand Characteristics.

  Physical Requirements:

• Walking, running, lifting (as much as 50 lbs.), pushing (as much as 250 lbs.), climbing stairs.

  Exposure to Conditions:

• May be exposed to infectious diseases, blood and bodily fluid spills.
