Description
Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health LPN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals at our Rochester clinic. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional care to clients with a variety of mental health/substance abuse conditions, helping to improve their quality of life. This is a part-time position (about 20 hours per week) in our Rochester location. The ideal candidate will have psychiatric and chemical dependency experience preferably in a behavioral health environment. Must have a working knowledge of CASAC regulations and be comfortable working with the forensic population.
Responsibilities include:
Performing client medical screenings and evaluations
Medical injections
Laboratory testing
Phlebotomy experience required
Obtaining prior authorizations as needed
Facilitation of Medical Education Groups
Assisting in Med Clinics
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited college of Nursing and 2+ years experience in a similar position.

Salary starting at $21.30 - $23.96 per hour depending on education, credential and experience.
