Develop a strategy the shift will use to reach its goal. Provide any training to all crew members support their needs. Communicate clear instructions to crews on work schedules before and during the shift. Monitor personnel participation to ensure the training they are providing is being put into use, and to see if any additional training is needed. Manage the flow of your shifts day-to-day operations. Check and review all completed work on a regular basis during the shift. High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years experience in finishing operations Experience in lead or supervisory role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good mathematical aptitude Computer literate Available to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts
