We are partnering with our client in the non-profit industry, offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Rochester, New York. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis and assisting with the preparation of financial plans/budgets, analyzing, interpreting and communicating cost and expense variances to management, and verifying cost allocations according to company procedures.

Requirements

The candidate should possess 3 or more years experience as a Financial Analyst as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills combined with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
