This role requires expertise in specific trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, masonry, and/or HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). Remodeling Specialist is responsible for ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety. Key Responsibilities:Construction and Maintenance:Perform tasks related to the construction, installation, repair, and maintenance of residential homes according to trade expertise.Follow blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals to complete projects accurately and efficiently. Safety and Compliance:      Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.Conduct inspections of equipment and structures to identify and correct hazards or deficiencies. Problem Solving:      Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within the scope of the trade.      Implement effective solutions to repair or improve systems and structures. Material and Equipment Management:      Select and procure appropriate materials and tools for projects.Maintain and repair tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.Collaboration:      Work alongside other remodeling professionals to complete projects.Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members to ensure project requirements are met. Qualifications:Education and Experience:      High school diploma or equivalent.      Completion of an apprenticeship program or technical training in a specific trade.      Proven experience as a tradesperson in the relevant trade. Skills and Abilities:      Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to the trade.      Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.<span style="
