University of Rochester Administrative Coordinator III in Rochester, New York
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide Administrative support to the Pediatric Nursing Service Office
Meeting minutes as assigned (Recognition group & Child Life monthly meeting)
Order supplies.
Schedule meetings
Book conference rooms
Order catering for meetings, and other events.
Create, manage, and run reports using Survey Monkey & sign-up genius.
Create documents in Canva as needed.
Create service quarterly newsletter.
Annual Health updates for the service (conference rooms, sign-up genius)
Manage leadership birthday list, prepare cards for signature and mail.
Support for the Nursing recognition group and organizing events for staff recognition
General office duties:
Receptionist duties (answer phones, greet guests, provide assistance as needed)
Answer Child Life donation/procedure phone line and direct calls as appropriate
Conference room scheduling as needed.
Process employee expenses and payments in Workday.
Laminating, copying, scanning.
Daily mail
Back up support to other administrative members in the office.
Education/Experience:
- High School and two years relevant experience required.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $18.10 - 25.35 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
