The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Engineering Lab is seeking a Mid-Level Test & Evaluation Laboratory Technician to support maintenance of the Flight Simulator Cabs and Flight Controls System Integration Lab in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania.
The Engineering Labs were established to develop, operate and maintain resources capable of supporting a wide range of engineering disciplines during the design, development, testing and production of rotorcraft. The Labs provide these engineering services for the V-22 Osprey Rotorcraft platforms. The V-22 Flight Controls SIL is designed to support the testing of the V-22 Flight Controls Hardware and Software.
Position Responsibilities:
Electrical/Electronics Technician support to maintain the procedures to ensure the safe operation and repair of the Vehicle Management Systems Integration Lab
Technician support for maintenance of the Vehicle Management Systems Lab Hydraulics infrastructure
Maintain and report status of the Government Property Inventory
Maintain documentation of lab architecture in ProgeCAD
Parts Ordering
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment
Experience with multi-meters and/or oscilloscopes
Experience designing circuit board level test equipment for engineering and lab use
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge of Aircraft data buses (i.e., 1553, ARINC 429)
Knowledge of various electrical harness connector types
Knowledge of Drawing Packages (i.e., CATIA, AutoCAD, ProgeCAD and VISIO)
Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems: High Pressure (5000 psi) and/or Hose/Fittings assembly, repair and maintenance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $59,500 - $80,500
