The Boeing Company is looking for Experienced Business Unit Integrators out of Ridley Park, PA to join the Chinook program team!

Program Highlights:

  • The Chinook program is experiencing increased proposal activity with customers in Japan, Germany, and Korea, showcasing its global reach and significance

  • Offers valuable exposure to key stakeholders, including program managers, supply chain, engineering, business development, and finance partners

  • Involves potential collaboration with external organizations such as DCMA, DCAA, Deloitte, and USG customers, depending on contract requirements

  • Fosters a culture of partnership, encouraging open-mindedness and a proactive approach to problem-solving for overall success

We’re Looking for Individuals Who:

  • Enjoys understanding the impact of each function on program execution to convey a holistic financial story

  • Asks thorough questions to gain deeper insights

  • Communicates effectively with various stakeholders

  • Seeks ways to simplify processes and enhance value through financial acumen

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) and budgets for contracts

  • Compile data from multiple sources and create performance reports

  • Initiate variance analyses and provide insights into operational and financial performance

  • Make recommendations on financial performance projections using business knowledge and experience

  • Develop, review, analyze, and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and communicate trends

  • Gain exposure to the Long Range Business Plans and Financial Forecasts

  • Develop business cases using appropriate indices

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and what-if scenario planning

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of finance or business-related experience

  • Experience with EACs and/or long-range business plans

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, review, analyze, and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in defense or working with defense contracts

  • Integrator experience

  • Familiarity with Boeing systems and processes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $85,000- $115,000
