Press operator --- Press Machine Operator – 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift (Direct Hire!)

Adecco has partnered with a client in Ridgefield Park, NJ , to locate Press Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts . These DIRECT HIRE positions offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits!

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality print appearance and workmanship throughout production.

• Perform computer entries for raw materials and finished rolls.

• Retrieve previous run documentation from the press computer to aid in setup.

• Verify rotation and Anilox assignment for accuracy and documentation.

• Remove and reload Anilox sleeves as needed.

• Record modifications to setup and run conditions.

• Log quality issues and run speed challenges for review.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Basic math skills required.

• Requires long periods of standing, climbing stairs, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and twisting.

• Strong hand-eye coordination is essential.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $19/hr – $25/hr

• 2nd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $19/hr – $25/hr

• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $19/hr – $25/hr

Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
