Press operator --- Press Machine Operator – 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift (Direct Hire!)
Adecco has partnered with a client in Ridgefield Park, NJ , to locate Press Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts . These DIRECT HIRE positions offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits!
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure quality print appearance and workmanship throughout production.
Perform computer entries for raw materials and finished rolls.
Retrieve previous run documentation from the press computer to aid in setup.
Verify rotation and Anilox assignment for accuracy and documentation.
Remove and reload Anilox sleeves as needed.
Record modifications to setup and run conditions.
Log quality issues and run speed challenges for review.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic math skills required.
Requires long periods of standing, climbing stairs, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
Strong hand-eye coordination is essential.
Shifts & Pay:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $19/hr – $25/hr
2nd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $19/hr – $25/hr
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $19/hr – $25/hr

Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
