Shift: Night Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | Overtime Available

Adecco has partnered with a client in Ridgefield Park, NJ , to locate Ink Technicians for the night shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) . These DIRECT HIRE positions offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits!

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and well-organized ink work area.

• Follow standard operating procedures using ink dispensing equipment and color management software.

• Record color formulas and issue mixing instructions.

• Maintain accurate ink inventory , ensuring proper rotation of materials.

• Verify job ticket specifications to ensure correct ink components.

• Perform quality color checks and troubleshoot ink-related press issues.

• Process ink returns and recertify to standards.

• Assist in press operations and ink-related troubleshooting.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization following 5S standards.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 3-5+ years of experience in printing and ink procedures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and color management software.

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. , stoop, squat, crawl, and kneel .

• Excellent color acuity and judgment for color hue evaluation.

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Overtime Available

• Pay: $17/hr – $22/hr

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
