Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Pay: $17/hr – $22/hr
Shift: Night Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | Overtime Available
Adecco has partnered with a client in Ridgefield Park, NJ , to locate Ink Technicians for the night shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) . These DIRECT HIRE positions offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits!
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and well-organized ink work area.
Follow standard operating procedures using ink dispensing equipment and color management software.
Record color formulas and issue mixing instructions.
Maintain accurate ink inventory , ensuring proper rotation of materials.
Verify job ticket specifications to ensure correct ink components.
Perform quality color checks and troubleshoot ink-related press issues.
Process ink returns and recertify to standards.
Assist in press operations and ink-related troubleshooting.
Maintain cleanliness and organization following 5S standards.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
3-5+ years of experience in printing and ink procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and color management software.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. , stoop, squat, crawl, and kneel .
Excellent color acuity and judgment for color hue evaluation.
Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Schedule & Compensation:
Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Overtime Available
Pay: $17/hr – $22/hr
