The Community at Brookmeade is currently accepting applications for a full-time, part-time, or per diem RN Staff Nurse for Meadows (formerly known as The Baptist Home), Brookmeades premier skilled nursing facility!

The ideal candidate for this position will have a current NYS RN License.

The schedule for this position are either days (7am-3pm), evenings (3pm-11pm) or overnights (11 PM - 7 AM). We will offer 12 hour shifts! Salary is $36.00/hr. New Weekend Rate up to $42.50/hr.

Meadows is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Rhinebeck, NY that provides exceptional care to our Residents. We are the only long term care facility in all surrounding counties that has been designated by the Department of Health as the top 5% performing nursing home in NY State.
