Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor
Job Description
Seeking a qualified Lab Supervisor with a strong experience in hematology and supervisory experience. The successful candidate will oversee hematology testing procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a New York State Clinical Technologist license and a preference for ASCP certification. Candidates should have at least 4 years of clinical lab experience with proficiency in manual differentials and a minimum of 3-6 months in a supervisory or team lead role.

This is a fully on-site position in Rego Park, New York.
Work Environment
This position is based in a leading hematology and oncology practice. The work schedule is flexible with options for Monday-Friday, 8:30-5 or 9-5:30.
